Our calls have not been returned. The Pennsylvania Attorney Generals office has stated that the company is no longer in business. What to do: The BBB of Pennsylvania has offered the following information: On December 18, the PA Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection (BCP) filed a lawsuit against Eagle Warranty. The lawsuit alleges that the company has failed to pay claims and issued checks on accounts with insufficient funds to pay the amounts owed. . The state obtained a preliminary injunction against the company freezing bank accounts and business records.
